An out of the box connector is created by the following digital signage vendors:
Connectify
Digitopia
In the Spencer back-office go to Users > User lists and create a new list.
Select digital signage list
Give it a name so you can recognise which screen you will send your news to.
Open the newly created screen again
Share the UUID of each screen to your screen provider. They will connect the physical screen location with this target group
Linking a news publication to a screen
Adding a news item to a screen works identically to adding a user list.
Important to know: you can't use the "Everyone in the organisation" option along with a screen because it is treated as a actual user list. Therefore when you want to combine a screen and a "Everyone in the organisation", you will need to create a user list with all people in the organisation first.
