Give your readers a voice by allowing them to submit feedback directly on specific articles. This helps improve content quality and encourages communication between content creators and end users.

💬 What Is the Article Feedback Feature?

This feature allows users to send quick messages about an article — for example, to:

  • Report a typo

  • Ask for clarification

  • Suggest improvements

  • Flag inaccurate or outdated information

The message is sent directly to the article’s content creator through a simple form.

🛠️ How It Works

  1. Users click the “Feedback” button located on the side of the article.

  2. A feedback form will appear (as shown in the screenshot above).

  3. The user can type a message (up to 280 characters).

  4. After clicking Send message, the feedback is routed directly to the article's assigned content creator.
