✏️ How to Exclude Specific Articles
If you don’t want certain articles to appear in the weekly digest:
When creating or editing an article, go to the Settings tab.
In the Misc. section, locate the option labeled “Exclude from Weekly Digest”.
Check this box to prevent that article from being included in the Monday summary.
This gives you control over which content is surfaced in the digest for your readers.
⚙️ Is It Enabled by Default?
This feature is not enabled by default.
If you would like to start receiving the weekly digest email, please reach out to [email protected], and we’ll enable this functionality for you.
🆘 Help – I Didn’t Receive the Weekly Digest Email
If someone didn’t receive the weekly digest email, there may be a few reasons:
Currently, this feature is only enabled by default if the mobile app has been downloaded.
Users may have unsubscribed from the digest email, which would also prevent delivery.
If a user hasn’t received the weekly digest email, here are some common reasons and steps to check:
📱 The feature is currently only enabled by default for users who have downloaded the mobile app.
For example, if a user has only accessed the platform via web, they will not receive the digest mail.📭 Check Notification Settings and Unsubscribe Status
It's possible the user has unsubscribed from the digest or has notifications disabled. To verify:Go to the Menu.
Open Settings.
Navigate to the Notifications section.
Make sure that email notifications are enabled.
Confirm the user has not unsubscribed from the weekly digest emails.
✅ Please note that we're currently working on an update that will make this functionality available for web users as well, even if the mobile app hasn’t been installed.
