On this page we'll guide you in how to provide the app version of Spencer to a customer success manager or your support portal. Although mobile and desktop are aligned, we've provided some additional screenshots for both platforms to help you!

Mobile

Step 1 – On the mobile navigate to the profile section from the menu

Step 2 – Tap on Settings in the list and you'll find your version and build number at the bottom of your screen.

In this example the app version is 20.6.485 and the build number 11635.

Desktop

Step 1 – Navigate to the Settings section via the gear icon at the bottom of the menu.

Step 2 – You can find the application version number on the right of your screen, under the Privacy Policy.

In this example the app version is 20.6.0 and the build number is 1322.
