This article explains how to generate redemption codes inside your Apple Business Manager account and provide them to Spencer.

Requirements

• You need to have a properly configured Apple Business Manager account
• Make sure you have 'Custom Apps' enabled and your 'Tax Status' approved by Apple.
• Make sure you have a credit card linked to your 'Billing information' in 'Settings'.
• You should've received confirmations from your Customer Success Manager that the application is available to your organization.

Generating redemption codes

You can find your Spencer application in the 'Custom Apps' section in the left side menu. On the right you can buy licences for your application. Select 'Redemption Codes' the 'Licence Type' option list.

Fill in the desired amount of codes you want to generate in the 'Quantity' field. You can generate up to 25.000 codes per week. We advise you to generate the maximum amount. Otherwise we will have to contact you more often to generate new codes.

Click the 'Get' button. You will see a new entry under the section 'Redemption Codes'.

Depending on the chosen amount it can take up to a few minutes before the download link appears next to your generated codes. When the download link becomes available you can trigger an automatic excel (.xls) download by clicking on it. Provide the downloaded file to your Customer Success Manager.
