⭐ Why Bookmark Documents?

Keep your most important documents just a click away by bookmarking them.

Bookmarking allows you to mark frequently used folders or documents as favorites, making them easier to find and faster to open—especially useful for recurring files like shift plans or project folders.

🔖 How to Bookmark a Document or Folder

  1. Navigate to the folder you want to bookmark via the Documents section in the left sidebar.

  2. Locate the folder or document in the list (e.g., "Shiftplanning").

  3. Click the star icon ⭐ next to the item name to add it to your favorites.

    • A yellow star indicates it has been successfully bookmarked.

📂 How to Access Your Bookmarked Items

  1. In the Documents tab, click on “Go to favorites” in the top-right corner.

  2. This opens your Favorites view, displaying all bookmarked folders and documents.

  3. From here, you can quickly open any starred item—like the “This week” folder—without needing to browse through folders.

✅ Tips for Managing Favorites

  • Unstar to remove: Click the yellow star again to remove an item from your favorites.

  • Favorites are personal: Your bookmarks are only visible to you and don’t affect other users.

  • Use favorites to stay organized and save time navigating regularly accessed files.
