You can allow users to comment on your articles to encourage feedback and discussion.

βœ… Steps to Enable Comments

  1. When creating a new article, go to the Settings tab.

  2. Scroll to the Misc. section on the right.

  3. Check the box labeled β€œEnable” under Comments.

Once enabled and the article has been published, a comment section will appear at the bottom of your article, allowing readers to add their thoughts or questions.

After publishing:

  • Users will see a comment field under the article.

  • They can type and post comments instantly.

  • Posted comments are visible to all readers of the article.


⚠️ Don’t See the Comments Option?

If the Comments checkbox is not visible in your article settings, it likely means the feature has not been enabled for your organization yet.
