Want to share a recurring shift planning in pdf or lunch menu item?
You do not longer have to host your document on a server first in order to be able to link to this document.
Bonus: It is also less clicks than linking to the document library first.
Admins can now directly attach files to link library items.
How to create a Document /File Link:
1. Go to the Forms and Links tab.
2. Click Create New Link in the top-right corner.
3. Choose Document / File from the options provided.
4. In the Settings section, you will have the option to select Show in Menu or leave it unchecked.
Show in Menu: The link will appear in the navigation bar for easy access.
Do not select Show in Menu: The link will be accessible under the "Links" section in the navigation bar, but it won’t be displayed directly in the main menu.
5. Audience: Target your link to the right user segment or make it available for the entire organization.
If you need to update the weekly menu, simply use the same link to upload the new document, overwrite the old one, and select 'Update'.
