Follow the steps below to get in touch with us and access your tickets via the support portal.
Using the Support Widget to Contact Support
Open the Widget
Locate the support widget at the bottom right of your screen.
Click on the widget to open the chat interface.
Start a Conversation
Click on 'send us a message' to start a conversation. If you've found a bug or have an improvement request, please create a ticket and we'll take it from there.
Provide as much details as possible to help us assist you effectively ๐
Submit Your Request
Once you've entered your message, hit Send or Create Ticket to submit your request.
Reporting a Bug
If youโve encountered a bug, please include the following details to help us investigate and resolve the issue faster:
A clear description of the problem.
Screenshots or screen recordings (if applicable).
Any error messages displayed.
Requesting an Improvement
If you have a suggestion for improving our platform, please provide:
A detailed explanation of your request.
The reason you believe the improvement is necessary.
Any relevant examples or use cases.
Accessing the Ticket Portal
You can track and manage your submitted tickets through our ticket portal.
Via the Support Link
Click on the following Support link ensuring you are logged into your account's admin settings.
View all your submitted tickets, including their status and responses
Via the Widget - View Ticket Portal
Open the widget.
Click on Tickets.
3. Select Go to ticket portal to access your ticket history and updates.
